Milk and Honey: moist honey cake with honey meringue buttercream
 
Pale Carrot: dense rye, spicy ginger, and roasted parsnip cake with goat cheese, sorghum meringue buttercream, and dehydrated sunchoke flakes (tastes like coconut!)
 
Heart Beet: rich beet velvet cake with candied hazelnuts and honey fennel meringue buttercream
 
The Corey: coriander maple cake with raspberry jam and maple buttercream
